About Your Role

As a Sunco Motors Service Advisor, you will be the conduit between our Customers and our Service department. You will have the opportunity to work with, and gain invaluable knowledge across a wide variety of makes and models and we can guarantee that no two days will be the same.

If you love diversity; enjoy mixing it up by using your Admin and Sales skills or if you have experience in the Automotive industry and wanting to move into an office-based role, this could be the ideal role for you.

FULL training will be provided. If you have customer service, admin or sales experience and would love a role that combines them all, we absolutely encourage you to apply!

Duties Include:
  • Providing quotes for vehicle service and repair
  • Liaising with Customers, Sales Reps, and Service Technicians to determine repair and service timelines
  • Determining Customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions
  • Assisting customers with enquiries, bookings, and service scheduling over the phone, in person and via email
  • Processing orders, invoices, and payments
  • Daily Administration tasks
  • Operating specialised computer software
  • Sales and Customer support

About You
  • Administration experience and confident using computers
  • Sales experience or not afraid to up-sell products and services
  • Solid understanding of Targets, KPI's and industry measures
  • Dedicated to supporting a positive team culture
  • Understands the importance of (verbal and written) communication and what a “Quality Customer Service Experience” really means
  • Well-presented and proud of your professionalism
  • Confident, reliable and self-motivated
  • Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Solution focused with excellent time management skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to succeed

Earning Potential
  • Base rate paid weekly
  • WEEKLY Commissions paid on additional product and service sales
  • MONTHLY CSI Bonuses paid on achieving set targets
