Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members, visitors, and guests warmly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, creating a positive atmosphere.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve the member experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in Admin role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse interactions.
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
- Fluency in English.
