Venture Zone, the leading Business Setup center is looking for a skilled and experienced Front Desk Admin. Venture Zone is a company that believes in giving its customers the best. We're seeking a friendly and organized individual with a passion for exceptional customer service to join our bustling center in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome members, visitors, and guests warmly and professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, creating a positive atmosphere.
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve the member experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Admin role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
  • Positive attitude and genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
  • Fluency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
