  • To provide strategic leadership and drive operational excellence to build up a first class selling team conforming to standards set by the company.

Educational Qualification:

MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Work Experience:

  • Field sales experience of 8-10 years and 4-5 years experience in FMCG (Food Industry)
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue by formulating and executing strategic and operational excellence.
  • Business Development experience.
  • Ability to develop sales & distribution strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • People Management
  • Distribution managemement
  • Profitability analysis

Job Description:

  • Achievement of area volume/value targets while maintaining the portfolio’s sales plan.
  • Create an on-field impact through sales KPIs
  • To lead territory sales & distribution operations team in order to achieve yearly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute the short term and long term plans to meet defined goals.

Job Location

Sargodha & surrounding areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs140,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
