Educational Qualification:
MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Work Experience:
- Field sales experience of 8-10 years and 4-5 years experience in FMCG (Food Industry)
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue by formulating and executing strategic and operational excellence.
- Business Development experience.
- Ability to develop sales & distribution strategies and use performance KPIs
- Excellent communication skills

Job Description:
- Achievement of area volume/value targets while maintaining the portfolio’s sales plan.
- Create an on-field impact through sales KPIs
- To lead territory sales & distribution operations team in order to achieve yearly sales targets.
- Develop and execute the short term and long term plans to meet defined goals.
