As a IT Junior Operations Manager in P&G, you will be a key player in the team, that ensures that multiple, global manufacturing applications are working and delivering value as designed. These applications are built in varying technologies and will enable technical growth. You will learn, use, and develop intelligent operations tools to proactively identify issues and resolve them before any business impacts occurs.
Job responsibilities:
Ensure operational excellence of global, manufacturing-related solutions, applications, and platforms, working with different organizations in a multi-vendor setup and in a globally distributed environment
Manage escalation management when needed to drive incident resolution
Coordination with different internal and external parties to drive root cause analysis of critical incidents and identify corrective actions / improvements after critical incidents resolution
Drive automation for intelligent operations to observe and identify potential issues and implement procedures to correct before an outage occurs
Support service transition of new work and platforms as receiving organization, ensure process and tools are designed and setup properly, and continuously improved.

Qualifications
University degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science-related field
English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to apply analytical and critical thinking to drive technical decisions or solve complex situations
Highly disciplined and self-organized, with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight, and act with true ownership approach for the assigned platform(s)
Willingness to obtain certification in one or more of the following areas during the assignment: ITIL 4 Foundation, SRE Foundation, DevOps Foundation, Azure Fundamentals, or other relevant certifications as needed
