The Fruit People are looking for a proactive and ambitions Team Leader to join our Operations team.
This area of our Operations Team manages the Foos Beverage Programme for our key Accounts.
Responsibilities Duties:
Working closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure the smooth running of the onsite Food Beverage Programme.- Management of our Merchandising Team to include rostering, monitoring and analysis of KPI’s, training of new team members and upskilling of existing team members.
- Site visits and audits to ensure SOP’s are being adhered to.
- Monitoring reporting on daily merchandising activities with continual improvement.
- Management of product suite for VIP customers to include order management demand planning, product availability substitutions, new product implementation product change implementation.
- New customer onboarding in conjunction with other Operational areas
- Liaising with both internal departments external stakeholders to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Qualification in Business Management/Supply Change Management or similar
- 2 years + experience in similar role to include a leadership role
- Excellent analytical skills and strong reporting and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office in particular Microsoft Excel to include Macros
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluent English speaker
- A full clean European Driving Licence
