Qualifications

Job Description
The individual in this role will support the Emerging Customers team at AXA Philippines with project management and partner onboarding. The role will consist in supporting the launch of distribution partnerships and ensuring operations go as planned. The role holder will be responsible for the project management organization and for some specific tasks in the launch of new insurance schemes. In this position, the new joiner will design and execute project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders contributes where and when needed and that the set-up is adapted to the level of complexity of each scheme.
The new joiner will support the launch of the schemes using the go-to-market guide that summarizes how operations are run for Emerging Customers business in the Philippines (documentation under way). For any adaptation required, the role holder will propose solutions. Candidates for this role should be organized, proactive and solution-oriented. They should be able to stay focused on the big picture whilst trouble shooting at a detailed level and understanding key dependencies. Candidates with a background in project management or partnership management and who are analytically minded and fast-learner will do well in this role.

  • Understand and analyze the features of distribution partnerships, design target operating models (TOM) to maintain simple customer journeys/processes and review/adjust with the Emerging Customers team
  • Compare TOM with local capabilities and go-to-market guide, identify the adaptations when required, ideate on solutions and align stakeholders on the target set-up
  • Design the project plan with target dates, liaise with the Emerging Customers team and key stakeholders to review/amend/validate
  • Mobilize stakeholders once plan is approved and contribute to the specific tasks assigned, support on the delivery and follow up with contributors to deliver OTOBOS (on time on budget on scope), proactively managing project risks and issues, escalating in a timely manner, as required
  • Regular and timely communications to relevant stakeholders on project planning, delivery and status reporting
  • Monitor partnerships after launch, identify operational issues and escalate to managers, build/feed the various business reporting’s
