ANZCO Foods Kokiri have an opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Compliance Team Leader this full time positon will see you support our compliance / quality systems to ensure continuity of our operation and to develop, maintain and improve process systems to ensure all customer and regulatory requirements are met.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with ANZCO Kokiri documented policy to ensure compliance to the regulatory requirements and customer specifications with emphasis on the China market.
- Conduct daily in process verification of Chinese labels to ensure translations are correct and all requirements met.
- Conduct verification of all China Loadouts to ensure all labels are present, accurate and legible.
- Ensure all required China loadout photographs are taken, are legible and filed appropriately.
- Conduct verification of all China photographs for every order and ensure no discrepancies with documentation.
- Review China loadout documentation to ensure all information is present and accurate.
- Provide MPI and cooperate with applicable China documentation and photographs.
- Ensure all China documentation (written and electronic) is maintained in a controlled state and updated within required timeframes.
- Responsible for ensuring any non-conformances identified are notified to all parties at the time of finding and appropriate corrective and preventative actions implemented with records generated and maintained.
- Perform other relevant tasks / actions as directed by your Team Leader
About You:
- Analytical and reporting skills with a real eye for detail.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and completing priorities.
- Working knowledge of the meat industry legislative and compliance framework in New Zealand.
- Ability to perform as an effective team member and be able to work autonomously.
